A young filmmaker's quest to create a gangster movie leads him down a dangerous path when he gets caught snooping on a notorious gangster's life. The gangster, impressed by the filmmaker's dedication, insists on starring in the film himself, forcing the director to navigate the treacherous world of gangsterism while trying to make a comedy out of it.
