In the heat of passion, a thief named Judas stumbles upon a sermon given by Jesus Christ in the market square. After being caught stealing from the apostles, collection alms Judas should expect anger and scorn, instead, he's forgiven and invited to join their group, he cannot resist the call, but as he learns more about Christ's message, he starts to feel as though he's among the blind followers of a man who claims to be the son of God. As Judas argues with the apostles and tries to open their eyes to the harsh reality, his frustration drives him down a dangerous path. With his faith shattered and his beliefs in tatters, he makes a fateful decision to betray Christ in order to save humanity from blind obedience. Will his choice bring about salvation or damnation?
