Hardcore environmentalist Giulio Verme transforms into a thoughtless, womanizing, vulgar Italian after taking a pill that reduces his mental skills to 2%. Under the influence, he cheats, vandalizes, and steals, until he wakes up to find his reckless acts have earned the park great attention. He becomes addicted to the drug and marries his neighbor Sharon. On a popular reality show, Master VIP, he must break from his past and everyone connected to it, including Franca and Alfonzo. In a surprise twist, it's revealed the pills were imaginary, and Giulio's behavior was a result of his own repressed desire for conformity. He finds a new way to save the park by exploiting his popularity and launching a reality show where competitors rebuild the park using gardening tools. A split personality comedy-drama about the importance of compromise in Italy.
