Insomniacs After School follows the story of two teenagers, Ganta Nakami and Isaki Magari, who find solace in their school's astronomy observatory amidst their struggles with sleeplessness. Despite the dark rumors surrounding the observatory, the two form an unlikely friendship as they bond over their shared struggle to find peace in a place that was once meant for stargazing. As they navigate the challenges of school and their personal lives, they must confront the reality of their sanctuary being threatened by the school faculty. Will they find a way to make the observatory their own, or will they have to say goodbye to the one place that brings them comfort?
