In the Family

In this outrageously funny comedy, a neurotic shopkeeper named Fikret finds himself in the midst of a bizarre family crisis when he's forced to pretend to be the father of his friend Solmaz's daughter, Zeynep, who's about to get married. As Fikret navigates the absurdities of his new role, he must confront his own fears and insecurities while keeping the truth from the traditional and conservative groom's family. Meanwhile, Solmaz struggles to come to terms with her own past and the fact that her daughter is growing up and moving on. Will these two unlikely heroes be able to pull off the charade and see the wedding through without a hitch?
