"Outta Control" follows the story of a 17-year-old high school student, Oliver Rother, who expresses himself through hip-hop lyrics. When his teacher, Selma Vollrath, gives him a low grade on a paper he wrote in the style of a rapper, Oliver becomes frustrated and leaves class, accidentally dropping a note that contains a drastic secret. As he struggles to come to terms with his feelings and the consequences of his actions, Oliver must confront the harsh realities of his life and find a way to reconcile his passion for music with the expectations of those around him. Will he find a way to express himself truthfully, or will he succumb to the pressures of society?
