"Tiesin, ettei minusta koskaan tulisi vanhaa miestä" -Gridlock. Tyttöystävän yliannostus saa Spoonin katsomaan elämäänsä tarkemmin. Syntyy päätös päästä irti aineista. Spoon ja hänen kaverinsa Stretch päättävät lopettaa kaman käytön, mutta byrokratia tekee tyhjäksi unelmat uudesta, puhtaasta elämästä. Kuvioihin sotkeutuu myös huumediileri, jolla on jotain hampaankolossa Spoonia ja Stretcheniä vastaan.
