"I Have Friends in Heaven" is a heartwarming comedy-drama that follows the story of Felice, a shrewd accountant who finds himself in a bind after laundering money for the mob. To avoid jail time, he agrees to testify against the criminals and is sentenced to community service at a clinic for people with mental and physical impairments. There, he meets beautiful psychologist Giulia and severely disabled man Antonio, who become instrumental in his journey towards redemption. Through their friendship and love, Felice learns to let go of his selfish ways and finds a new sense of purpose in life.
