In the small town of Saint-Léon, Mayor Joseph L'Heureux is determined to hold onto his position, but when he loses the election, he refuses to accept the outcome. In a series of hilarious misadventures, Joseph will stop at nothing to prove that the election was rigged, even enlisting the help of his loyal assistant and a team of bumbling yes-men. Heads or Tails is a comedy about the absurdity of political power struggles and the lengths people will go to maintain their grip on authority.
