In a world where mind control is possible, a powerful and ruthless man known only as "Cho-in" uses his abilities to control others and amass wealth. But when he meets a man named Kyu-nam who is immune to his powers, a dangerous game of cat and mouse ensues. As Cho-in becomes increasingly desperate and violent in his pursuit of Kyu-nam, the lives of everyone around them are put at risk. Will Kyu-nam be able to stop Cho-in before it's too late?
