In a future world where a nuclear disaster has brought humanity to the brink of extinction, a new society has been built around the principles of perfect health, mutual respect, and social harmony. But when three young women, including Tuan, the protagonist, attempt to take their own lives to escape this supposed utopia, they discover that their actions have unintended consequences. Years later, Tuan, now a senior investigator for the World Health Organization, must confront the dark secrets behind this seemingly perfect world and save it from a crisis that threatens its very existence. Will she be able to reconcile her own rebellion against the system with her duty to protect it?
