Geïnspireerd door een advertentie in een tijdschrift laat Goofy een postordercursus bodybuilding volgen. Eerst gewichtheffen; nadat Goofy eindelijk de gewichten omhoog heeft gekregen, landt er een vlieg die hem door verschillende verdiepingen van het flatgebouw stuurt. Chinups: de stang zelf gaat op en neer. Dan een rekapparaat met rubberen banden, waar Goofy al snel in verstrikt raakt, waardoor hij door het gebouw en verschillende andere apparaten stort.
