In the city of Fuyuki, a secret and violent battle between magicians known as the "Holy Grail War" is about to begin. Shirou Emiya, a young student and survivor of a previous war, is unexpectedly drawn into the conflict when he accidentally witnesses a fight between two powerful beings known as "Servants."
