"Elsewhere" follows the story of Patrick Perrin, a small-time casino dealer with big dreams of leaving his mundane life behind. As he sets out to purchase a suitcase, he begins to imagine the endless possibilities of where he could go and who he could become. But as the reality of his situation sets in, Patrick must confront the challenges and relationships that threaten to keep him stuck in his current life. Will he muster the courage to take the leap and start anew, or will he remain trapped in his seaside town?
