In this adventure-filled comedy, two stepbrothers, Drake and Josh, accidentally put their little sister on the wrong flight to Los Angeles, leading them on a wild journey to find her and save her from a group of criminals. Along the way, they encounter a music producer who offers Drake a spot on Total Request Live, but their excitement is short-lived as they soon find themselves in a dangerous situation. With the help of their sister, Megan, they battle the crooks in a large fight and eventually escape. The movie culminates with Drake performing his new song on TRL and getting the opportunity to audition for a record label in New York City.
