"The Pro" is a heart-wrenching drama that follows the story of a young surfer, Tiaan, who loses his best friend Dirkie in a tragic surfing accident. Tiaan is consumed by grief and vows to never surf again. However, Dirkie's twin sister Yvette, who was raised by their father, returns to town with a mission - to participate in the prestigious Wave-Seekers surf tour, a dream shared by both Tiaan and Dirkie. Yvette sees Tiaan as the only person who can help her achieve her goal, but their journey together forces Tiaan to confront his past and find a way to move forward.
