Trisha, a transgender woman who was crowned as Binibining Gay Pilipinas, suddenly dies and her last wish is to be beautiful even on her death, with the help of her friend Barbs. Throughout the film, Trisha transforms into different female celebrities through Barbs' makeup skills, while flashbacks of Trisha's life are shown, revealing her struggles with her identity, relationships, and family. In the end, Trisha's final makeover is revealed, showcasing her true self, a glamorous and confident woman who lived life on her own terms.
