In the seaside town of Mitsuhama, Taira and his brother Shota are left to fend for themselves after their parents abandon them. Taira, a disillusioned youth, finds solace in violence and bullying, but when he disappears after a brutal beating, Shota sets out to find him. As Taira continues his rampage through the streets, he becomes embroiled in a world of crime and violence, refusing to back down from any challenge. Will he ever find a way out of this destructive cycle?
