Als sie zu Unrecht zu drei Jahren Haft verurteilt wird nutzt sie eine günstige Gelegenheit und flieht aus dem Gerichtssaal. Auf der Flucht entwendet sie ein Nikolauskostüm, für den Einbruch beim schmierigen Anwalt Dr. Frank Lehmann.
