"Cubby" follows the journey of Mark, a struggling gay artist who finds himself unexpectedly in New York City after a lie gets out of control. As he navigates the challenges of everyday life, Mark takes on a babysitting job for 6-year-old Milo, who becomes a source of inspiration and acceptance for him. With the help of an alternative superhero, Leather-Man, Mark discovers the discipline and control he needs to find success in his art and in life. But as his babysitting adventures become increasingly risky, Mark must confront the transformative power of his newfound inspiration.
