Casey, an American living in Germany, is forced to confront his criminal past when his girlfriend Juliette falls ill and needs a life-saving transplant. To raise the funds, Casey teams up with his old boss Geran and plans a daring heist from Hagen, the notorious drug lord. The stakes are high as Casey embarks on a dangerous game of cat and mouse with Hagen's henchmen, while also trying to protect Juliette from harm. With the clock ticking and the danger escalating, Casey must use all his wits to outsmart his enemies and save the woman he loves.
