Cocaine Cowboys II: Hustlin' with the Godmother tells the story of Charles Cosby, a small-time cocaine dealer who becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of power and greed when he writes a fan letter to the "Cocaine Godmother," Griselda Blanco, who is serving time in federal prison.
