In the gripping drama-thriller City Lights, a former military man and his family migrate to Mumbai in search of a better life. However, upon arrival, they are met with numerous challenges and struggles. The protagonist, Deepak Singh, finds himself tangled in a web of poverty, hope, and despair as he tries to provide for his family. After falling prey to a scam and losing his job, Deepak is forced to make a difficult decision that ultimately costs him his life. Despite the tragedy, the film ends with a glimmer of hope as his wife, Rakhi, and daughter, Mahi, return to their village, with Rakhi determined to keep her husband's memory alive.
