Carmen is a gripping drama that follows the story of a young woman who is forced to flee her home in the Mexican desert after her mother's brutal murder. Surviving an illegal border crossing into the US, she is confronted by a ruthless volunteer border guard who kills two migrants in her group. The pair must then escape together, facing dangerous obstacles and a looming sense of danger as they make their way to Los Angeles. As they navigate their perilous journey, Carmen and her newfound companion Aidan must confront their own demons and confront the harsh realities of the world around them. Will they be able to find safety and a new beginning, or will their pasts catch up with them?
