In a future where humanity has colonized space, a lone astronaut's routine is disrupted by the arrival of a new assistant. The spaceship they call home is responsible for preparing souls for reincarnation, and the assistant's presence threatens to upend the carefully maintained balance of their existence. As tensions rise, the astronaut is forced to confront the true nature of their work and the isolation that comes with it. But can they find a way to reconcile their past and embrace the future, or will the weight of their responsibilities prove too much to bear?
