Broken Horses

Broken Horses is a gripping thriller that delves into the complexities of brotherhood, loyalty, and the destructive nature of violence. Set against the backdrop of the US-Mexico border gang wars, the movie follows the story of two orphaned brothers, Buddy and Jakey, who find themselves on opposite sides of the law. Buddy, a vulnerable young man, is recruited by a ruthless gangster named Julius Hench, while Jakey, a talented violinist, is on the verge of marrying his Italian girlfriend and auditioning for the New York Philharmonic. As Jakey returns to his hometown to receive his wedding present from Buddy, he discovers that his brother has been manipulated into becoming a skilled assassin for Hench's gang. With their lives in danger, Jakey must devise a plan to help them both escape from Hench's grasp and find a way to confront their troubled past.
