In a dystopian Detroit, grand houses that once housed the wealthy are now homes of the city's most-dangerous criminals. Surrounding the area is a giant wall to keep the rest of Detroit safe. For undercover cop Damien Collier, every day is a battle against corruption as he struggles to bring his father's killer, Tremaine, to justice. Meanwhile, Damien and an ex-con named Lino work together to save the city from a plot to destroy it.

In a dystopian Detroit, a crime-ridden neighborhood known as Brick Mansions is sealed off from the rest of the city by a massive wall. Undercover cop Damien Collier partners with ex-convict Lino Duppre to take down drug kingpin Tremaine Alexander, who has gained control of a nuclear explosive and plans to use it to extort a ransom from the city. The two must work together to defuse the bomb and bring Tremaine to justice, while also uncovering a sinister plot by city officials to use the explosive to clear the area for upscale development. Along the way, they encounter various dangerous characters and must fight to stay alive and uncover the truth. Will they be able to prevent disaster and bring hope back to Brick Mansions?
