Brad's Status: A Comedy-Drama Movie Brad Sloan (Ben Stiller) is a middle-aged man who seemingly has it all - a successful non-profit organization, a loving wife, Melanie (Jenna Fischer), and a talented son, Troy (Austin Abrams). However, he can't help feeling like he's fallen short of his potential, especially when compared to his old friends from college, who have all achieved great success in their respective fields. As Brad and Troy embark on a college tour, Brad becomes increasingly obsessed with proving himself to his friends and son.
