In the heart of Black Hills Forest, Maryland, a group of friends embarks on a camping trip to uncover the truth behind a long-lost sibling's disappearance. James, the protagonist, is determined to find his sister Heather, who vanished 20 years ago while investigating the legend of the Blair Witch. With the help of his friends, Peter, Ashley, and Lisa, they venture into the dense woods unaware of the horrifying reality that awaits them. As they set up camp and begin their search, strange noises echo through the trees, and the group discovers eerie stick figures hanging from the branches. Tensions rise when they realize that they are not alone in the woods. The locals who joined them, Lane and Talia, admit to creating the figures, but they also reveal that they have been lost in the woods for five days without a sunrise. As the night wears on, strange occurrences become more frequent, and the group starts to suspect that the Blair Witch may be more than just a legend. As they try to escape the forest, they encounter an unknown entity that seems to be toying with them. Panic sets in, and the group members begin to disappear one by one. James and Lisa are left to fend for themselves, but they soon realize that their only hope for survival may be uncoveringthe truth behind the Blair Witch's curse. Will they make it out of the woods alive, or will they become the Witch's next victims?
