Caged Birds

In the 1980s, a young and radical lawyer named Barbara Hug is fighting to reform Switzerland's outdated prison system. Walter Stürm, a charismatic and notorious criminal known as the "Jailbreak King," is in and out of jail, always escaping. When they meet, an unlikely alliance forms, and Hug sees an opportunity to use Stürm's popularity to push for change. Together, they take on the system in a high-stakes battle for justice and freedom.
