A struggling young academic living in a large apartment complex with his pregnant wife becomes increasingly unhinged due to the constant barking of a nearby dog. He embarks on a series of misguided attempts to silence the dog, leading to a chain of events that exposes the dark underbelly of the building's residents and their relationships with each other.
