Three young soldiers are deployed to Afghanistan, however, it's not just the constant psychological pressure that gets to them. The different cultures and ways of life in the country create tension. They become friends with a local man, Malik, and his children, but their lives take a dramatic turn when the Taliban insurgency affects Malik's daughter. The soldiers must realize that war is never just and that their fate is intertwined with those around them.
