Laura y Carlos tienen 17 años y se quieren con pasión, con la locura del primer amor. Para ellos, amarse es lo único importante, es lo que llena sus vidas. Se aman como si cada día fuera el último, con una intensidad furiosa, casi enfermiza. Incluso, Carlos fabricará dos máscaras de gas unidas por un tubo para que puedan respirarse el uno al otro.
