Above the Law

In Steven Seagal's breakout role, he plays Nico Toscani, a former CIA agent and veteran of the Vietnam War who now works as a detective in Chicago's vice squad. When he uncovers a drug trafficking operation linked to high-ranking government officials, he finds himself at odds with his former employer and must use his martial arts skills to take down the bad guys and bring justice to the streets.
