In a small town in 1979, a group of mischievous teenagers, led by the charismatic Mamachari, declare war on the local police officer, Chuzai-san, after he catches their friend speeding. As the pranks escalate, the teens discover that Chuzai-san is married to a beautiful woman, Kanako, which only fuels their mischief. But as the battle between the teens and the police continues, lines are crossed and the pranks become more dangerous. Will the teens go too far, or will they find a way to outsmart the law?
