1h - Genba Shido, former captain of CTU, Counter Terrorist Unit Section 1 Team A, engages in a fierce shootout before finally rescuing his wife, Rikka, and daughter, Miyu, who were kidnapped by a terrorist group. He sends the two off to the hospital and stays behind at CTU for questioning. However, he just can’t seem to shake off his bad feeling and asks Team A Chief Itsuki Mizuishi to go check on his wife and daughter. Itsuki heads to the hospital right away and senses something is wrong after seeing a certain individual in their hospital room. Meanwhile, the plot to assassinate Japan’s first female prime minister candidate, Urara Asakura, was secretly entering a new phase after being thwarted once by Genba. Under orders of mastermind Andre Hayashi, a new terrorist had entered Japan. Chief Codebreaker Takumi Nanjyo gets hold of the intel and reports to the new captain, Midoriko Obata, suggesting to her that they evacuate Urara immediately. Around the same time, after being threatened by Joshu the informant, Urara decides not to pursue the truth behind the death of counselor Toko Aoi, who knew that her son, Yuta Asakura, had committed murder in self-defense. She clashes with Yuta, who suspects that Ms Aoi was murdered and tries to go to the police. Amidst all this, an unexpected individual starts acting suspiciously. Furthermore, Urara, who had been investigating Genba’s record, does something surprising that shocks all of CTU.
