The Fang Garden peony cultivation business continues to thrive under the watchful eye of He Wei Fang (Yang Zi) after help from government official Jiang Chang Yang (Li Xian), despite opposition from others in local government. However, after hearing that her mother has passed away, Wei Fang struggles to determine what she should do next with her life, eventually deciding to open a medical clinic to help those who are unable to afford expensive doctors. At the same time, Chang Yang is planning to enact his plans of rebellion to help restore power to the people, but faces great danger in the process. Will Wei Fang be able to help Chang Yang bring peace to the kingdom – and will they finally manage to pick up their love story once again? This is a sequel to the 2025 series "Flourished Peony."
