Bosch: Legado

If you enjoyed Bosch, you’ll probably like Bosch: Legacy as well — though it does take a few odd turns. Bosch himself starts to feel a bit like a Temu James Bond, complete with three sidekicks who add some light comic relief, and of course, the ever-present Honey Chandler. The storylines are fairly predictable, with Season 1 standing out as the strongest. By Season 2, the show drifts into soap opera territory.

Madison Lintz (Maddie) unfortunately delivers a very flat performance — her portrayal of a street cop feels about as convincing as bad CGI. Every time she’s on screen, the show loses a few stars.
