In a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, a charming slacker named Josh Wheeler embarks on a quest to find his missing girlfriend, Sam Dean, while navigating through hordes of dangerous gangs, zombie-like creatures called Ghoulies, and the enigmatic Baron Triumph. Joined by a group of misfits, including a 10-year-old pyromaniac and a former high school bully turned pacifist samurai, Josh must use his wits and resourcefulness to survive in a world gone mad. With the ruthless leader of the jocks, Turbo, vying for power and control, Josh and his friends must fight to stay alive and uncover the truth behind Sam's disappearance.
