In the harsh wilderness of 18th century Australia, a group of British convicts and their marine guards must navigate the challenges of survival and the struggles of human relationships. With limited resources and a precarious balance of power, the community must confront issues of love, faith, justice, and morality in order to survive. But as tensions rise and loyalties are tested, will their efforts be enough to create a new society or will they succumb to the harsh realities of their punishment?
