He Was a Quiet Man

A meek office worker, Bob, dreams of exacting revenge on his obnoxious coworkers. When a colleague beats him to it and goes on a shooting spree, Bob kills the gunman and becomes an unlikely hero. He saves the life of Venessa, a beautiful executive, and is promoted to a high-ranking position. As he struggles with his newfound status, he and Venessa develop a peculiar relationship. But Bob's past demons haunt him, and he becomes increasingly unhinged. In the end, it's revealed that Bob has been hallucinating most of the events since the initial shooting. In a tragic twist, Bob shoots himself in front of Venessa, leaving behind a note that asks, "How else could I have gotten your attention?"
