North Face

In the summer of 1936, the Eiger's north face, a 1800 meter high vertical rock wall in the Swiss Alps, remains the last great unconquered peak in the Alps. Two German climbers, Toni Kurz and Andi Hinterstoisser, embark on a daring ascent of the notorious mountain, accompanied by their friend and novice journalist, Louise. As they climb, they face treacherous conditions and fierce competition from an Austrian team, who are driven by their desire for glory and the approval of the Nazi regime. With the eyes of Europe upon them, Toni and Andi must confront their own mortality and the dangerous allure of the mountain. Will they be able to overcome the obstacles and reach the summit alive, or will they fall victim to North Face's deadly reputation?
