Staged: Season 1

In this hilarious comedy series, two egocentric actors are forced to confront their own insecurities and the challenges of working from home when they're cast in a production of "Six Characters in Search of an Author" during the pandemic. As they struggle to rehearse over video conference, their underconfident director fights to keep control of the production. But as the series progresses, the lines between reality and fiction blur, leading to a metafictional exploration of the nature of performance and identity. Will their egos survive the experience?
