South of Nowhere

"South of Nowhere" is a drama series that follows the lives of the Carlin family as they move from small town Ohio to Los Angeles. The family, including parents Arthur and Paula, and their three children, Spencer, Clay, and Glen, must navigate the challenges of a new city and new beginnings. Spencer, the youngest child, struggles with her sexuality and finds love with a bisexual girl named Ashley. Clay, the middle child, deals with issues of identity and family as he searches for his birth mother. Glen, the eldest child, is an athlete who becomes addicted to painkillers after an injury. Throughout the series, the Carlins face issues such as homophobia, racism, adoption, teen pregnancy, hate crimes, drug addiction and more.
