One Mile Above

"One Mile Above" follows the transformative journey of a young man, Shuhao, who embarks on a perilous bicycle ride from Taiwan to Lhasa, Tibet, in honor of his late brother's memory. Along the way, he faces numerous challenges, including treacherous terrain, fierce wild dogs, and personal struggles. Despite the obstacles, Shuhao persists, driven by a desire to prove himself and find a new sense of purpose. The film takes us on a visually stunning and emotionally charged adventure, as Shuhao discovers the beauty and complexity of the Tibetan landscape and culture, and ultimately, himself.
